Rick Smith is our Controller. He has a broad range of experience covering finance and accounting, cash and commercial property management, risk management, lease, labor, and contract negotiations. He has had prior experience with merger, acquisition, and IPO due diligence; audit and intergovernmental compliance; and coordination of tax related matters. Rick holds a BS in Business and Accounting, and has lived and worked in Santa Cruz for 30+ years. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and traveling; and enjoying life with his expanding family.
